Inner-City Calgary Homes for Sale
Downtown condos, character homes and infills, with the Bow and Elbow rivers, two CTrain lines and the city's busiest restaurant streets on your doorstep.
Inner-city Calgary homes for sale cover the area CREB calls City Centre: downtown and the communities around it. That runs from the Beltline, Mission and East Village to Kensington, Bridgeland and Crescent Heights north of the Bow, Inglewood to the east, and Killarney, Altadore and Garrison Woods to the southwest. Downtown Calgary condos, Beltline apartments and towers sit alongside early-1900s character homes, mid-century bungalows and newer infills.
This is the most walkable, transit-rich part of the city. Both CTrain lines meet downtown on 7 Avenue, and the river pathways connect almost everything.
